I recently installed tcpmp along with the relevant plugins (mpeg4, mp3, aac) (note that the aac plugin is now supplied with the current .72RC1 version). Problem is that my m4a files WILL NOT play. My mp3 files play just fine. I've even unstalled the aac plugin that came with the player & installed the older .66 version available from rarewares.org. Nothing works...:frown:
Talk about answering your own question.... I just figured out the biggest part of my problem, and left myself with another. My files are m4a, but that doesn't mean they're aac files - - they're actually apple lossless files. So-called AAC+ or ALAC. And that appears to leave me with zero options to play them on the treo. I can't find a player that supports the format. Anyone else know of one???
thx!

Movies on my treo play fine using tcpmp - but they often break up and stutter when there's a lot of action and special fx. Can someone advise me how to avoid this?

i have tcmp in my verizon 755p. how do I use It. Can I watch streaming videos besides you tube on my phone? when I watch you tube videos my media player that I got with my phone comes up.How do I change that. If i Go to my local news channel to watch a video it says I need to install flash player. I thought core player would let me do that. any help would be appreciated

How are you getting video on the treo? What software are you using? I use Pocket DVD Studio for movies on DVD and Tivo2GO for shows on my Tivo. While I have a little jitter on some high action sceens, its not real bad.
