| treo 650 and I am looking at using the PDAnet to connect my treo to my laptop. What cable do I need? It looks like I can use the factory cable, but I want to leave that in my home computer for sync. Can I buy another for use in my vehicle. |

| any sync cable should work . . I have the factory sync cable and also a cradle. Both work just fine with PdaNet. I haven't tested it, but I know that both my cable and my cradle will allow me to use PdaNet . .

| I've used my factory cable, too, with no problems. I've actually used bluetooth more than the cable, though.

| Ok, bear with me since I am new to this. I tried the factory cable, and purchased a new cable, and purchased PDANet. I cant get the phone to recognize a connection to the computer? It keeps telling me to turn off the phone and try again? This happens when I hot connect in pdanet? |
