I agree about Shimon's support. The only reason I haven't tried 4cast yet is that I found TreoAlarm first. Unfortunately, this also means I need an alarm app. Any suggestions, preferably something with the features I mentioned in my last post.

I use MobileClock. It supports bunches of things and MP3s and things like that.

MobileClock may also be abandonware. I tried the latest version, only to get resets whenever I selected "file" as an alarm type. I was able to find an older beta on their Yahoo support group which seems to work, but several complaints there about lack of response from the developer, who hasn't posted on the group since mid-May.

I too, have been checking the treoalarm web site from time to time. First, it said a new version was coming in June, then by the end of July, and now its Sept and it still says July. They now offer V1.17 for free, and I continue to use it for both my weather updates and my daily alarms.
