Verichat questions....

I know Verichat is "over", but I am hoping someone might have some information for me.
I have a Verichat subscription through this summer. Does anyone know what will happen when that expires? Will the app still run? One reason I am holding off upgrading to a 700p is that I use Verichat all the time, and don't want to give it up. :frown:
Also, does anyone know of an IM client that has the Verichat functionality? I have tried Mundu, IM+, and WebMessenger, and none really replace everything that Verichat had. I particularly like the always on via data option, and the ability to set a "buddy pounce".

Have you looked at Mundu 3? There is also Causarie, which has a lot of potential with a lot of no support - support has been an issue since day one with the developer. I was a beta tester and it rocked well and then one day...
