I have used it for 2 weeks and it works flawlessly. The only thing you really need is an extensive sms package.

My suggestion is the use of an email client (ChatterEMail) and an IMAP server that supports PUSH. There are bunches of these that are reasonably priced. If you are looking for free, check out FastMail.
