Does this combination support Voice command dialing through the BT wireless connection? If not what electronic earwig will?

I was considering buying a bt headset for my new treo and was wondering where most people put the headset when they are not using it. Would these not break if you simply kept yanking these in and out of your pocket. please do tell.
