Your question was, "Will the Treo 650 work with Bluetooth stereo headphones when listening to MP3's?" The answer is yes in that the Headset BT profile is supported, i.e. there appears to be no limitation on the Treo end. Whether or not manufacturers are currently producing a compatible headset is a different question.
Also, the HP headset may work with the Treo 650 even though the Treo isn't officially listed as a supported device. The Treo 650 is also a relatively new device, and HP may just not have tested them together (yet).
