    Default does this exist?

I am looking for a slightly weird type of stereo headset. I really don't think it exists, but it should. Here goes:

Forgive me if this is one of those things that everyone asks for and thinks is an original idea. :D

I think the best way to describe it is a two piece system, two earpieces. One of them would have the requisite mic, the other would be an auxilary earpeace, used only for stereo sound.

I have seen versions of this ad infinitum, but I am looking for something with no wires. I beleive this would require some bluetooth magic, and two separate batteries.

    Does this exist?

Sorry, no. The BT500 is your basic bluetooth earpiece. What I am looking for is a stereo headset with no wire between the ears.

To me this would be an optimal situation. Essentially you have something like the earpiece that you pointed out, and then the option of putting on the other earpiece to listen to audio.

I gather this can be used as a single earpiece for calls and then plugged into the second piece for stereo, playing mp3s on PalmTreo650?
What is Bluetooth A2DP? is it compatible with mac? Everything I've seen points to windows.

Note: Stereo Bluetooth capability only works with phones that support Bluetooth A2DP.

Its a standard to allow stereo signals to transmit through Bluetooth. Softick has an app to allow this on a Treo . .
