From what I've read, you'll need to send the contacts over one by one if you want the caller id to work. So, you can send entire categories from your contacts to the Parrot and then go one by one for callers who have a photo attached to them.

There is a way to batch the contacts into the Treo if it doesn't sychronize, I have the directions if anyone needs them.
