 |  hello BLUETOOTH help!!!!!!!! I have a bluetooth that was for this other phone that I do not use any more. So I wanted to put it on the treo 650. I dont know what I am doing. I can see the bluetooth on the treo 650 but dont know how to make it work right. Can someone help me out. I just got this phone and still dont know what I am doing on it. | What specifically are you having trouble with, turning on Bluetooth on the Treo, or pairing your headset with it?

  | Bluetooth is installed on your Treo. With Bluetooth, you can communicate wirelessly to your headset or to your PC (to send files or HotSync). What you need to do is "pair" the Motorola headset to the Treo. Pairing is basically letting the Treo know the headset exists and it's ok to connect to it. Different headsets have different ways of entering "pairing mode". Here are directions for pairing the H500 to the Treo taken from it's product page: How do I pair the headset with my Treo? With the headset off, press and hold the talk button until you see a solid blue light (about 8 seconds). On your Treo, click on the Bluetooth icon in the top left corner of the screen. Then click on Setup Devices, then Hands-free setup, then next, then wait until the headset appears. Click on the headset and when prompted enter the passkey 0000. Once it's paired, the headset will ring when you receive a call and you'll also be able to use the available features on your headset. Hope this helps.. Chris

| You could try "cycling" the Bluetooth on your Treo. Turn it off and then on --- and then proceed with pairing: Select Hands-Free setup Proceed through "wizard setup" Put Motorola H-500 in pairing mode Enter passkey "0000". -Chris
