HotSyncing Driving Me Crazy; Please Help

I have a Treo 650 and my carrier is Sprint PC. I have a Compaq Presario V4005CL laptop.

I cannot figure out how to Hotsync my phone and laptop. One of the online help sites told me to set my COM port. (I think I'm trying correctly to do this).

The message I'm getting on my phone when I try and get the HotSync to commuicate with my computer is that, "...the port is in use by another application."

Any advice to help me Hotsync? :sad:

What type of hot sync are you trying to do, a bluetooth sync?
