I have just purchased a VKB keyboard and have a treo 650. I cannot get the damn things to work. I've tried different troubleshooting methods but not success. I continue to get "Serial: timeout. Could be bad cable or faulty Modem (ser 0305)" I followed someone's steps to make this not happen but it continues to happen, alas! Can anyone help me? Could it be that the download from the mac to the handheld is getting corrupted? I checked the information for the version. On the software info page of VKB it indicates the most recent version (4.6.5), but when I check the system list of softwares it lists a different version (4.5.9)
