Absolutely true, and after I posted my comments I realized that I should've mentioned the problematic hook as well.
For those not familiar with it, the Jabra JX10 ear hook is sleek looking but falls short on usability. Specifically, its molded shape doesn't really hold the headset in the perfect position, and it's also not really bendable to get it just right. Maybe there should be a wire running down the middle of the thing. At any rate, I tried to bend it into a better shape and had to torque it so far as to be afraid I'd break it off. It recoiled to about 2° bent from where it started. To make matters worse, it's got the flimsiest attachment I've seen: 2 half-millimeter barbs grab the earpiece. That's it. Overall, very pretty, but too much $$ for form over function.
