Motorola H500 Problem

I have a new motorola h500 bluetooth, and i think it has went bad. I plug up the tooth to the home charger, an it stays lit up continously while charging. I unplug the tooth, an try to use it, an it acts like its dead as a hammer. I have left it on charge over nite, an it still seems to not be charging up. Is this thing toast, or am i forgetting to do something. I just got it like 3 days ago.

Update.....I believe I saw a thread in the 650 forum where zlauncher was causing problems with his bluetooth connection....Do you have zlauncher??

Nope. I am going to send it in and they are replacing it. sounds like a dead headest.
