I have tried to send information from my Treo 650 to my Blackberry 7290 but I am unable to send anyhting. Can someone help with this?

First of all, does your Blackberry show up on your Treo's Bluetooth devices screen? Or vice versa? This will let you know whether they have been paired.

Yes my Treo and My Blackberry are Paired but when I try to send a Picture to the blackberry it says it is unable to send it to the device.
