Pairing my phones address book to my infinite G37?
I just purchased a new car and it has built in bluetooth (awesome). So everything is just peachy until it ask's for the treo to accept the downloading of the phone book. Problem is nothing happens. I have all the setting ready to go. 1 turn on bluetooth 2 make this device discoverable to other devices. Still nothing?? any suggestions or am i missing a step in order for this to happen?? thanks?!?
That Treo Guy "Mark"

Can you explain what you are trying to do? I assume the treo is paired with your car to answer and make calls, now you want to download your address book via bluetooth or do you want to be able for your car to access your address book???

I'm tring to download my address book to the car's bluetooth. Someone told me that the treo doesnt offer that option. Only the Moto Q's?!

I just went into filez and selected an address book file (not sure if it is the right one) and hit send. It gives you the option to beam or bluetooth. Maybe that will work for you.

Don't know which file you need or that has your address book. You might post a new thread or do a search here. I know the guys or mods here know which file it is.

Make sure the Bluetooth radio is on, then pair the device and the car kit - they just gotta be "trusted devices." Then start up the contacts applications. From the Contacts application, the options key on the lower right side of the keyboard to get to the drop-down menu, then go to "Send Category," the select Bluetooth and that should do it.

I've been told that but i dont have that option when i open my contacts. When i open my contacts its just an options for Contact index (in order) and another option for my listings. There is no options for sending category. I swear my Verizon 700wx is giving me problems.
