Searching for Bluetooth device that's comfortable!
I swear at times this can't be that hard, then I read these threads and find that it is. I have a 700p with a Moto 850, but the 850 lacks volume and doesn't feel to sturdy when its on. I know that's my fault I think because having smallish ears, I can't seem to find an "in-the ear" BT headset to feel "comfortable". I've tried a few now, Plantronics, Cardo, Moto, all to no avail. Even the Plantronics that have multiple in-ear cushion sizes don't ever seem to fit right and I'm tired of wearing it about 30 minutes after I start.
I'm now looking at the Jawbone, but don't want to fork out the bucks if it's not comfy. I've also run across this Blueant Supertooth II device this morning which would answer the "comfy" problem, but I don't know if it has the range. I also forgot to mention that the BT range for the 700P really stinks! When I have the phone in my belt holster, I can barely make it work correctly with my Moto 850 wthout some crackle. Sometimes I just have to stand still to have a conversation. Rediculous IMO. Anyhow, I use the BT mostly while driving because I'm eventually (next year) going to have to so I'm trying to get a jump on it now. I prefer having no BT when walking around simply because it feels more "normal" to me and watching people in a store walking around talking to themselves always seemed a bit funny. Also the call clarity w/o BT is much better.
If anyone has ANY experiences worth mentioning, especially about this Supertooth II speakerphone thing, I'd be happy to listen. Seems everyone has an opinion and I'm all ears. Thanks in Advance
