TomTom Navigator 5 Bluetooth?

Is the everythingtreo store going to be carrying the TomTom Navigator 5 Bluetooth Car Kit (http://tomtom.com/products/product.php?ID=103) when it is released on June 18th? :confused:

I spoke with a rep there (TomTom) today and they said that they have discontinued the hardwiring kit for it. Will the everythingtreo store be carrying something that I would be able to use with it to hardwire the charger into my car (2003 Volkswagon Passat GLX)? :confused:

We will be carrying the Tom Tom Navigator 5 Bluetooth GPS kit when it's released in CD version. You'll be able to find it in the GPS section of the Everything Treo Store

What do you mean in CD version? What's that and is there any difference?

When will you be offering it? The same day it's released or a few days afterwards? Is it the entire car kit or just the CD's alone? Details please. :rolleyes:

As soon as it's available, we'll have it. To my knowledge, they all come with a User CD. I found this Tom Tom Navigator 5 Review . This should provide you with more specifics on what's in the package and what to expect from the new Tom Tom. From the review, they have added a host of features for Palm users.

I have to say, it looks very cool. What have you read about Tom Tom GPS Systems? Good things?

I was looking at the Mapopolis GPS Navagation System and the TomTom GPS Navagation System and the reviews that I have read and the posting by other users in other forums have been overwhelmingly in favour of the TomTom. I was already leanging towards the TomTom for the looks of the maps and the fact that it won so many awards and has so many features, but that review just sealed the deal for me. :p

I just wanted to know if the everythingtreo store would be carrying the Bluetooth version with the GPS Receiver (the Car Kit), or would it only be carrying the software (CD's). I want the entire car kit so I can hardwire it into my car and not have wires running all over the place. :rolleyes:

Also, I know with the release of the Treo 650 for Verizon, the everything treo store did not have them available until a few days afterwards, so I wanted to know if you guys would have the TomTom Navigator 5 available for sale the day it is released on June 18th, or would I have to wait until a few days afterwards?

I got one question. Say i am traveling from Maryland/DC to Canada. How do i enter the canadian address since my MD/DC map is loaded. Keep in mind i do have the canadian/md/dc maps installed to the treo/card.

You enter the US/Canadian border border to get to Canada, and then you switch maps and enter the Canadian address.
