Default Treo 700 and the Motorola H605

The bannanna like(I've seen so eloquently referred to as) motorola H605 -the one with the big blue tip.

Here's the scoop..it pairs just fine....BUT, if I turn the headset off, then back on, no more connection. I have to delete the connection, then pair all over again

Any ideas?

And yes, I realize it's not on the "preferred list" of headsets, but there's got to be something simple I can do to fix, no?

Thanks for your time, in advance!
Nate

I purchased the H605 to use with my 700 as well and am experiencing the same problem. I called Treonauts and they seemed to think it was a problem with the headset. To their credit, they are sending a new headset to me to correct the problem. I will update my response once I receive the new unit. Please let me know if you have learned anything different.

Verizon sent me a replacement 700w after experiencing the same problem. Haven't been able to replicate the problem anymore with my H605. I've toggled the H605 on/off and it bonds and connects just fine. I toggled the Bluetooth on the 700w and it redetects the H605 and connects just fine, too. It's the only device I have paired so far. My previous 700w had two other GPS devices and previous headsets that I deleted. Another thing is that I tried the A2DP hack, but had hard-resetted since then. Perhaps that's what might have screwed it up, I don't know.
