Unlock help...please...

Hey guys-
I just bought a 680 on ebay and I cant wait to get it. Unfortunately I cant use it until I get it unlocked to work on the t-mobile sim card. I was about to pay for the unlock code, but then I came across more information that said Cingular will do it for free, provided you are a subscriber for more than 3 months. I was hoping that someone here would be so kind as to help out a broke student (now especially broke, as i had to have the treo...haha). Could i pm someone my IMEI number and some basic instructions, and maybe you could help me out?

Try calling AT&T and tell them what you have. they should be able to provide you with the unlock code.
