    Then I went to my email accounts to forward all of them to my new email address!
    @emailtreo.com

    Testing from all 4 of these accounts resulted in the email showing up on my Treo in under a minute! About 35 seconds for one account was the longest wait! Pretty amazing stuff! Here again, I was able to give this a command of "summary" and this account's mail also appears on one page. Pretty amazing stuff!
    huh, that sounds excellent. I've got some to kill today. I'm going to try it out. I'll check back...

    HEY, great email solution. It took me a little while to set it up, but it seems to be working correctly. I especially like the @emailtreo address. It took me this long just to get everything working properly, so I haven't really played around with Chatter yet. But, there's plenty of time left in the day...

    Thanks again.

    I would be interested in a follow up after you have used a couple of days. One other thing: This developer seems to be very dedicated to making this program even better! Yesterday I got two notices of TWO upgrades. If I understood his blog correctly, he is going to add the ability for the user to create their own personal folders. Keep me posted as to your impressions.. . . .

    The Chatter website says it does Asynchronous operation. I assume they are saying it runs in the background, ie- multitasking.
    Has anyone tried this and does it work good? This would be a big advantage over other email clients like Snapper.

    Shady, It does run in the background, and is somewhat a mulititask feature. How well it works is probably as good as it gets on Palm OS. For example, if I have a pop account set up to retrieve mail every 30 minutes and come 3:00 it will go get the mail. If i am using the Treo on any other screen when this occurs, the screen will slow down some. Usually I have it set to beep/vibrate and it will do so to let me know Mail is arriving, and also explaining why my Treo suddenly acts burdened . . . No resets/total screen freezes as of yet though!

    By the way, in testing from my work server this morning, I sent two emails from my work address to two of my personal addresses, set to forward to @emailtreo.com.

    Both arrived to my Treo in under 20 secs . . .

    hey, so far so good. Its really kind of fun. I feel like when its connected that I'm jacked in to the matrix and no information can get by me.

    I've actually grown to like Chattermail itself. It just took a little while to learn all of the controls.

    Only had one mis-hap. Last I was on a call and two emails came in almost simultaneously. The call dropped and the emails came in. That never happened before and hasn't happened since. But that's really the only bad thing so far.
