I have a 700p. I'm syncing it to outlook in MS XP. I've done it before but never w/o problems.

I will get the "HotSync Problem" message
The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again.
Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong and never figuring it out even when I get it right?

Usually I disconnect reconnect restart the computer do a rain dance stand on my head curse backwards and then it works.
