adding new user to treo650 or changing the user name

Anybody help me telling how to change my existing user name or adding new user name in my treo 650.

There are programs that do this; however, most applications are registered based on the user name and if that user name changes, those registrations no longer work. You cannot add a new user name, only change it.

The application: Change Name and I believe the release is 3.2 and is available at http://www.mulliner.org/palm/changename.php.
