    Default Delete msg on phone and want it to delete in Outlook

    Hello all. New to the board and have a question. I did some searching but couldn't find the exact answer. I was recently on BES which works great for the corporate world syncing/managing emails through Exchange on Outlook via your phone. I am no longer on that system and looking for a solution to manage my email, calendar, and contacts through my phone and have it update Outlook automatically. Will be using a Bellsouth POP3 acct. Just wanting to not have to hook my phone up to my pc to sync everything up. Would like it to work like BES - delete/add on my phone and when I get home it is in my Outlook. Any options?

    Even i am facing the same problem at my home everyone will view my messages. Do anyone have any tip to hide those msgs when it comes to outlook.
