    So a sidekick gets left in a taxi, and upon replacing it and the sim card, there are pictures and AOL profiles on the card that doesn't belong to the owner. Must be the ones who took it! Follow this guy's quest to shame the new owners into giving it back! Not only has the net provided him with names, phone numbers, addresses, as well as myspace accounts, its been picked up by the New York Times, and MSNBC. Oh, yea, and the NYPD is involved . . .

    Helluva story. Amazing how info can spread these days. His story grew blogs and forums that multiplied like rabbits. I was even tempted to sign up just to correct some wrong info on the military one.

    I confess! I have too, have been logging in daily to see what has happened now! I admire the guy sticking to it, but if you look at all he has lost (time from work, sleep, etc) I am just not sure it was worth it . . . . .
