    Hi everybody,

It's been a couple of months since I bought my Treo. I think it's been a good bargain.

I've got a problem though. I love the English language (or I hate some Italian translation, which is the same) and I have my Treo speaking English. Nontheless, I send SMS' to my friends using my mother tounge, Italian.

It happens that, when a write " il" (which is the determinative article) and then press the space bar, Treo deletes " il " and writes " I'll " instead.

The same happens with " i ", which it turns out to " I ".

Any idea on how I can disable this feature?

Unfortunately I don't believe that there is any way to disable this.
See the following from Handsprings support site:

At least the the undo auto-fill completition works:

You can undo auto-fill completions by entering two backspaces immediately after the auto-fill occurs. It will undo the correction.
Thank you very much for your reply!
