I am a long time Handspring/Palm user. I finally decided to try out the Treo, got a good deal on a 600 in great condition on eBay. The problem is that I didn't do much research. I knew that the 600 doesn't have Bluetooth but I did not know that the 650 has a "high resolution screen." I already have a good amount of movie files on my sd card but the quality is not that great. Would I be happier with the 650's screen?
I recently got a used Treo 600 also, watching movies on it (using TCPMP) is OK (not as good as my old iPaq or the 650 I imagine), I but its definitly watchable, just kind of blurry...
I watch movies/tv shows often with my 650. The 320x320 resolution really turns the 650 into a great little Portable Movie Player. There is a huge thread here explaining just how to rip movies down to a decent file size. The 650 resolution seems to be a big selling point with a lot of people. And it seems to have hurt potential 700W customers.

The Treo 650 screen is very impressive. Better than 700w and much better than Treo 600. The Treo 600 is a solid smartphone and good entry into the world of Treo. If you enjoy your Treo 600, then the move to a Treo 650 or Treo 700p will be a breeze. Big improvements are high-rez screen as mentioned, Bluetooth capability and the dialer is much improved.
If movies are your thing, then the Treo 650 with TCPMP is hard to beat.
