I use a Samsung i500 PalmOS smartphone right now, and was considering upgrading to a Treo. I've always been a big fan of the PalmOS, but since there's no SlingPlayer available for it (yet), I'm starting to lean towards the PocketPC/Windows Mobile version of the Treo (700w/wx).

Aside from hundreds of Calendar, Memo, and Address entries, there are one or two Palm apps that I will miss (Yaps, for example).

I'm curious to know if anyone else made the switch from PalmOS to PPC/WM on the Treo and how it went for them.
