Question Ordering from Palm website

I ordered the Treo from the Palm site a couple of nights ago. Yesterday, I got the e-mail saying my order was shipped and that the order status link would contain the most recent shipment status. When I click that link and enter my order info it says shipped, but it also says "Click on the View Order button for more details or to track your order from our house to yours. Order Status is updated several times daily." When I click on View Order, it takes me to a new page with more detailed information (my address, for one) but no tracking information or anything like that. Also, at the top it says "Order Status: Shipped" but down below in the invoice-type looking box it says Order Status: Order Received. So which is it, and how can I get the UPS tracking number?

It happens sometimes with the UPS site (and FedEx as well). Several times I've received packages with no update info ever showing up for my tracking number.

I find this more with UPS than FEDEX...just my experience.

But, I don't even have the tracking number. They never gave me one (either via e-mail, and I don't see one on the Palm site). What I'm referring to is the order status page on the Palm site.

Laura-
I'm not sure, but if they have an 800# I'd recommend giving them a call. If I'm correct, I think they send out all smartphones 2nd day - I know we do and think Palm is the same.

Well it came. The tracking info was never available on the site though. Sadly... I wasn't home when UPS came by, and I can't get to the store tonight... so I'll have to wait. It's okay though...I have yet to order a case (I'm about to right now)!
