I have owned a Treo 650,755 & my wife has a Centro.
I have a Pre now and still have this happen to my phone where the phone may cross some kind of interferance and wake up my phone but not for any reason. My wife's phone did this tonight and she claims its never done it before (she probably never noticed until I pointed this out).

Anyone know why it happens or has it happened to you?
