Real time help: Yahoo Bizmail and Palm Email

Hey everyone. nice to meet you all! So I sought out your forum specifically to get some help for my mother and her Palm 680. Here is the scoop -

We just set up her yahoo bizmail account on her palm. For those of you who don't know (I didnt), Yahoo Business Mail uses different settings than the typical yahoo email account. Her email is actually xxxxxxxx@csmconsulting.com, but uses Yahoo as its domain.

When we set up the email account, we used the "other account" option and used different settings than the preset Yahoo! mail options -

pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com

Ok, so she can now properly check her yahoo Bizmail account on the palm. HERE'S WHERE WE GET THE PROBLEM -

--> When the Treo checks the email from the Yahoo Bizmail account, all the new unread emails in Yahoo's Inbox suddenly become read. This does not happen with her other email account, which is a yahoo plus account (where emails are both unread in yahoo inbox and on the palm).

edit: I don't think she is using VersaMail (in fact I know). Sorry for not adding that in the beginning! I don't have a Smartphone, so its a bit tricky to trouble shoot this. Thanks

I have been trying to set up my yahoo bizmail pop and could not get it to work properly. I was using the "other" set up also in the mail setup. Get the Versamail it worked the first time with not problems.
