Seattle service provider recommendations

Hey there. I'm a new guy - located in Seattle. I buy all the cell phones for our 60 person design-build firm. We currently use qwest for our cell service. It's ok - nothing to write home about, but then again we've used sprint, nextel and verizon in the past. Cell phone companies all eventually make you mad in their own way. But That's neither here nor there... here's my question...

The boss wants he and his three main site superintendents to have blackberry type capability. So, I think we've settled on getting a Treo product to meet their communications needs. Does anyone care to refer a Seattle-local provider that you've had good experiences with? Preferably someone who has experience with dealing with their provider on a corporate (multi-unit) level... though I'm happy to hear referrals from single users as well.
