Site update: Knowledgbase PDF Issue fixed, New User Reviews section

Those who have used the knowledgebase and the PDF featured over the past few weeks would have noticed that function was not working properly. The generated file was corrupt. This was caused by a software conflict with our ratings system and it's now resolved. Subsequently, I'm pleased to announce a revised and new User Reviews section.

In the new section you can choose to Rate a product (scale of 1-5), Write a Review or both. There is still some tweaking and modification that will occur over the next few weeks or so. If you have the time, please head on over and add either a review or rate a product that you have experience with.

Thanks in advance for your contributions to the new section. If you have any input or suggestions, please feel free to pass them along.
