    all of a sudden it burps and then the Palm Logo comes up and it goes to a basic page-I cant remember which one. I just select the app I want and I am back in business.

    Can you identify any co-incident events occuring just before. For example, if you had just received an SMS message or if the Treo had just asked you if you wanted to transfer an SMS message from your sim card to your phone and you said 'yes'?
