Exclamation Trouble Accessing ET Store

I am able to access everything except the ET Store. Anyone else having this issue? Receiving MS syntax error message and alert. Nothing on my end has changed.

i'm having a problem accessing the store also. except when i click on the store, the page changes but nothing shows on the screen. i contacted support and they said the site is working fine.

RIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHHHTTTTTTT....

anyway, it gave me a link to http://treocentral.com which is the same store. that one opened.

I am aware of the issue and have been trying to troubleshoot. Do you get a completely blank light blue page?

If you can provide any feedback on browser, OS and if you have any ad blocking software.

I've got the same problem on 2 computers I use. Each has XP Pro and no popup or ad blocker on. I was able to access the site through our Windows 2003 server. Hopefully, this info helps you. Yes, I get a blank blue screen.

As for where I got the link to Treocentral, I sent an email to your support@everythingtreo.com. they responded as follows:

Hello
We have not hat any problems with our web store at everythingtreo.com . If you can not access that store you can also try our sister store at www.treocentral.com . You will find all the same products and accessories at the treocentral store as well.

Exclamation System info.

XP-Pro with all SP's and updates. Laptop uses PDANet (ROCKS) via Sprint. PC uses COX Cable. Same problem with BOTH !!!

Thanks for looking into this and the info given. This is my favorite site and it's about time I buy something to keep it in business and available . Is "TreoCentral the same firm? If not, I'll wait. A loyalty thing .

I'm working on resolving this issue today. Thanks for all the feedback.

TC is not the same firm. The stores are powered by the same firm, but TC is not the same firm as ET. If that makes sense? :rolleyes:

Not the same store? I would also have waited had I known that! Why would your support team give me that link if it's a different store? Thanks for your help Chris.

While I have your attention, how do I get my fonts, etc. to be the way I want them on each email without manually changing them each and every time? Isn't there a way to change the default font? Thanks again....

The Everything Treo Store is powered by Smartphone Experts which also powers other stores. Since they support 'other' stores, I guess they figured it ok to send you to a Smartphone Experts powered store. I'm very concerned about this issue and it has my top priority.

From within Versamail, select:
Menu
Options
Preferences
Display
Set your default font.
