Have you tried talking to the Retentions dept? They're the ones dedicated to....retention......of good customers. I got a good deal from them and that's the only reason I upgraded when I did. I've heard of people getting some amazing deals through them.

No, thanks for the tip though. Sounds like I'd have to do a lot of bitchin' and moanin' to get through to the Retention team. lol.
Now, if only Sprint would take it upon itself as a company to offer the same level of service w/out having to complain. :smile:
