Trying to get my Palm fixed (aka Headache) My Palm (Unlocked GSM 680) broke in early January. I sent it in for repair and got a phone back from Palm on January 29th, but it was an AT&T branded phone that I CANNOT use with my SIM card.
I called Palm, and they said that I would have to get it unlocked by my carrier. My carrier said that Palm would have to do it. Palm refuses, my carrier refuses, and AT&T refuses since I don't have an account.
What next step can I take? Shouldn't Palm have sent BACK an unlocked phone?? I feel stuck as Palm's customer service has been VERY unresponsive and more or less clueless.
