Default Tzones Hack with Palm OS

How can I edit the APN to use T Zones
When I go to the network settings, it lets me pick my service. It lists T-Mobile Internet, T-Mobile VPN, and T-Zones. However, it won't list the information for each one, and I can't modify them, as it gives me this error:

This network service has been pre-installed by your mobile service provider, and cannot be edited.

This was a Cingular Treo 650 that I have unlocked based on the IMEI., how can I see what APN it is using/edit it. Is there a way to get a SIM editor to unlock the settings?

I am also looking for more information in general on the T Zones and $10 Web2Go plans. (What are the data limits, how it works, is it unrestricted, unrestricted as long as I connect through these ports, etc.)
