Camera or Multimedia Warning - Everything Treo Store

I would think twice about ordering from the Everything Treo Store. I just received my overnight package for nearly $200 in accessories, including $22 in shipping for overnight. They end up sending me the Euro charger for the Sony headset??? Called and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes they tell me I have to call back tomorrow and speak with there shipping department?

That kind of surprises me. I've ordered a few things from the store. They were all separate orders. I had no problems with shipping, the products arrived quickly. I'm really surprised their customer service wasn't better for you.

While I have not spoken to anyone, I have placed an order which was received in perfect condition and correct. I would demand to speak to a supervisor.

i've never had any issues with the several orders i've placed either. maybe customer service was having a bad hair day that day......

I brought this to the attention of the programmer. Since it's isolated, it hasn't been high priority for him. I assure you, it's got my high priority. I just wish I could point out the issue and have it resolved. I will let you know as soon as they make any changes. I'm going to shoot him another email now.

Default Story of my life - bad timing

So I ordered a Seidio holster from the EverythingTreo store, which is being delivered UPS Ground. Just after midnight this morning, a UPS plane from Atlanta was forced to make an emergency landing at the Philly airport due to a fire onboard. Apparently, this has disrupted UPS' schedule, as I see my package has stalled in FL and is re-scheduled for delivery next Monday. Something always seems to happen when I order new toys... :tongue:
