Was on a conf call and needed to mute my phone. Press the mute button and it changes color but still says mute. Hit again and it changes back. Wording never changes. Notice that sometimes it says ummute and sometimes does not?

How come the TXT Manager app does not overwrite the system sounds? I assigned a contact for a particular text message sound but it still reverts back to the system sound for a text message. Also, how come it says 'undefined' next to my contact name?
