    Default App/Patch Questions

    Why do some apps show a green down arrow in upper right corner (think means downloaded and installed) and others show a blue X in lower right corner (can't figure this one out seems to mean something not working correctly). And how do I fix this? Thanks in advance!

    I am using Preware on phone. And software version 1.2.1 on phone.

    Can you post screen shot. Are you using the most recent version of Preware? Is this happening during the download?
