    Default TXT Manager

How come the TXT Manager app does not overwrite the system sounds? I assigned a contact for a particular text message sound but it still reverts back to the system sound for a text message. Also, how come it says 'undefined' next to my contact name?

You should hear the system sound followed by the sound you assigned to the contact. The way to fix this is either turn of "play sound" under the messaging app options, or turn of system sounds.

Also, make sure you are leaving TXT Manager open, or it won't work. Sorry for the double post, I'm on my Pre :/

I can't imagine that the application would have to be open for it to work ... that is annoying, is this really true??

Yes, I believe the developer is working on that. I'd say it's a pretty small inconvenience, considering the app allows you to personalize your texts. Plus, it's homebrew so it won't be perfect.
