Hello all! This is my first post. I have been a Hasndspring/Treo owner since the beginning! I like where the products are going. I do wish the carriers were more in the know about the treo produdcts, and we would not need to go through all the mess of unlock codes to change carriers. After all, we bought an expensive all-in-one phone and should be able to use it on any system. I have a treo600 on Sprint and a 700p on Verizon. I added the Verizon phone because my service on sprint in my town was weak, and actually the Verizon signal is not much better. I would like to give one of the phones to my daughter, but it is locked. I did ask a forum member to send an unlock code, but if anyone has it to send ASAP thank you. I will lookforward to joining in on conversations in the future.

Hello and welcome to the forums. The term "unlocked" actually applies to GSM phones (Cingular, T-mobile, etc.) that use SIM cards that can be inserted from phone to phone. Sprint and Verizon use CDMA technology and that's why their phones can't be used on other networks.
