 |  Hello Everyone ... Can anyone help me? My boss has a Treo 650 from Verizon and had difficulty pairing it with a Sony-Ericsson HBH-300 Bluetooth headset. I tried to fix it myself, but had no luck. The headset seems to freeze the phone everytime it tries to pair. The lastest firmware updates were installed but the same problem persists. I got the phone to recognize the headset for a minute but then it disappeared again. Does anyone have any suggestions? A reply within the next few hours would be appreciated, because I am going to work tomorrow and will try to fix the problem first thing in the morning. |

 | Sorry your boss is having so much trouble. Unfortunately, bluetooth is sort of hit-and-miss with Treos. I'd suggest deleting the bluetooth connection for the headset on the Treo, resetting the Treo, then establishing the connection again. That may help.

| Doesn't work There is no "stable" paired connection with the BT headset to begin with so I can't delete the headset from the Treo. As far as resetting the Treo, I've tried and had no luck. Any other suggestions? |

| Looking at this page from Palm Support, that particular headset isn't specifically listed under the supported headsets for a Verizon 650. Your boss may need to try a different model. Can he return the one he has?
