System Tools or Repair Help!!!!

My treo smartphone keeps turning itself off whenever I jar it slightly - even putting it quickly onto a table. It's really annoying. CAN ANYONE PELASE HELP ME!!!!!

Have you checked to see if any of the tiny torx screws that hold the casing together are loose or missing? It is common and if so, that could cause the main board to move or flex and odd problems can manifest themselves.

Either that or just never put it down!!!

Thanx -wortha try but all screws intact and fitted. Still no idea what is causing this - will never put it down!!!!! Only joking - any other ideas out there.

The other item that comes to mind is the battery - what device do you have? My first 650 suffered a battery connection problem (dirty) that required cleaning.
