Opera is based upon the Java platform and the Java platform is not a standard Palm default application. In order to use Opera, you just gotta install Java on the device. I have used Opera in the past and frankly was not impressed with it. Ben

I am not saying it is not that good. I am saying I was not impressed with it. In addition, JAVA is great to play with, but I found after a week or so of using it, that it provided no additional functionality that was not there with the regular Palm OS applications - the memory it used for what I got just was not worth it.
In addition, JAVA on the device adds another layer of potential problems.
Some love Opera, some like me do not. Blazer has been fine for my uses.
