problems registering lightspeed

Hi,I have been trying to register Lightspeed OTA on a treo 755.The reg. code comes in an attachment to an email.Does anybody know any reasons why an email attachment would not be recognized by a treo.The file is pdb.It downloads fine,and I actually get a message saying 'download complete'.However,the database doesn't make it to the software.Do I have to do something to the attachment to make it readable for the device.Has anyone ever dealt with this before.Thanks.

Are you prompted where to save the file? Main memory (device) or card? if the card, look in Palm/Blazer/Download on the card - it might be sleeping there.

Hi,I don't have a card in.I have the free yahoo mail.someone told me that yahoo not be formatting the file right for treo.is there any possibility of that.

I had the paid one for a while with no problem. Are you able to do it via a desktop computer?

No, I don't have access to a computer right now.However Clievideo sent me the registration to my sprint mail and that worked .I may not have my settings right on ymail.Im not sure if this matters but having the attachment sent in html worked with sprint pcs mail.That lightspeed sure gives a big improvement to kinoma.Thanks.
