i lost all my data in my treo 600, phone numbers and pictures,
is there a way to retreive them ?

it already happened twice, the phone goes black (the screen)
and my only option is to push the reset on the back of the phone.
at wich point i have to start from the beginning and store all my
phone numbers again.

please help.
