Treo 750 is Fantastic Phone

I just purchased the Treo 750 here in Shenzhen, China and using it this past week. I was reluctant to go back to Treo because the weight and form factor of past units was just too heavy to lug around. The new 750 is smaller and lighter, and has a great feel. So easy to use and Mobil Windows is fairly easy to get used too. The phone is a dark blue/green in color. Screen is very bright. Keys are easy to use. Loaded a 1GB mini SD card and filled it with photos and MP3 files which work just fine in the Windows Media Player on board.

Cellphones in China are expensive. Tax on imported items is about 40% which makes this phone more expensive than necessary. I tried to find it in HK but it wasn't on the market there yet although there is a Vodaphone logo on the phone I bought here.

The phone reception is excellent. I did find some problems with the SMS messaging screens which occasionally would not refresh properly leaving parts of a previous screen. I had to remove the battery in order to fix this problem. Lately, however, the problem seems to have disappeared or maybe I was doing something wrong at the onset.
