Thanks for writing back.. makes me feel good to know that I am not insane. The wife and I are going to make a complaint to the Attorney Generals office about this. As we pay for the unlimited messaging plan but yet get charged for the 'type of phone' that we picked. None of that is in writing anywhere.
The pda tech support actually told me that its the way I think it is.
I got his notes verbatim..
Sergio Garza wrote today 07/22/08 on his notes that "Customer called in to make sure will not get charged for sending pictures and was informed that you do get charged for sending pictures but because you are on the Select Plan you do not get charged for Kilobyte usage. If you get charged for any kilobyte, call us on next bill to get a refund."
So I will see how this turns out.. but again thanks for the reply.
